Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SriAI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SriAI.

The service

SriAI provides access to AI language models (including Anthropic Claude and open-source models via Ollama) through a credit-based system. You purchase credits and spend them by sending messages to the AI models. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may hold one account — creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits is prohibited
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Credits and payments

SriAI operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased via bank transfer in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• Free trial credits: 20 credits are granted on account creation at no cost
• Activation: Purchased credits are activated within 24 hours of confirmed bank transfer receipt
• Non-refundable: Credits that have been used cannot be refunded
• Unused credits: Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of the purchased amount — contact us to request this
• Expiry: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Pricing: Credit costs per model are displayed before you start a conversation. We may adjust prices with 14 days' notice

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SriAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal under Sri Lankan law
• Produce, distribute, or assist with child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — accounts will be immediately terminated and reported to authorities
• Create content that harasses, threatens, or defames individuals
• Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or bypass the AI models' safety guidelines
• Automate mass requests in a way that degrades service for other users
• Impersonate other individuals or organisations
• Use the service for any purpose that violates the Anthropic Usage Policy for Claude models

SriAI is an educational platform. Use it to learn, research, write, and create.

AI-generated content

AI models can make mistakes. The content generated by SriAI models is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely solely on AI output for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Ownership of content you generate using SriAI belongs to you, subject to any applicable laws and the terms of the underlying model providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use rules. We will give notice where possible, except in cases of serious violations (e.g., CSAM). You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate. We make no guarantees about uptime beyond reasonable commercial efforts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, SriAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SriAI in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect for material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
